    This comparison of deployment / hosting options by is exactly what I would have written. I still favour Heroku over Dokku because my time is most definitely worth $7 / month per app I care about.

    All of these activities are sensing mechanisms. Some of us are used to some of these activities from open source collaboration, but the shared resource nature of blockchains with no one in charge makes for new learnings.
