    This comparison of deployment / hosting options by is exactly what I would have written. I still favour Heroku over Dokku because my time is most definitely worth $7 / month per app I care about.

    I believe that I have been inadvertently helping to guide towards governance capture by developers. I thank for outlining this in a way that will hopefully let me steer towards blockchains as global public utilities.

    Code training on phones! Yaaaaas. Just what this lapsed coder needs. Now all we need is this in dapp form on powered by (Feel free to steal this idea for Hackathon!)

    All of these activities are sensing mechanisms. Some of us are used to some of these activities from open source collaboration, but the shared resource nature of blockchains with no one in charge makes for new learnings.

    Started a new topic on about discussing and signaling upcoming forks. It turns out that Ropsten testnet is also a community signaling testnet.

    So much this. Renters are more than “mortgage helpers.” The world does not revolve around homeowners’ needs.

    It's 20 years ago. It protects landowners while offering a substandard living handout to renters. No housing security in a basement suite. Renters are not there to bankroll your $2M mortgage.
